The National Post week was on, and being involved with understanding postal systems we thought we'd celebrate it. Also it was a great opportunity to do secret research.
We put up a make shift kiosk which worked on human interaction. We provided our users with all the conveniences of sending a letter/postcard/inland letters and the response was great. People either came for nostalgic value or to try out something new. Users were made to interact via the kiosk which had separate outputs/inputs for various functions.
The result was a trip to the post office, feeling like a postman, carrying 46 letters (2 overseas), 80 postcards and 35 inland letters.
